PONDA-X is a human-machine interface (HMI) control software designed specifically for the Wafering Series, based on the Windows operating system. The software features an intuitive and straightforward design, enabling users to quickly understand and easily operate the system.

Key features of PONDA-X include:

Automatic and Manual Modes: The software offers both automatic and manual modes for diverse processing needs.

Automatic Process Compensation: This function ensures adjustments are made automatically during the processing to maintain optimal results.

Tool Life Management: The software tracks tool wear and usage, helping ensure tools are replaced before they affect production quality.

Process Statistics: It compiles data on processing, helping users monitor and analyze performance.

Real-Time Monitoring: PONDA-X continuously monitors key system parameters, including rotational speed, torque, stroke, air pressure, hydraulic pressure, and temperature. In the event that any of these parameters fall below the required operating thresholds, the software does not immediately trigger an emergency stop but instead initiates a soft stop (delayed shutdown) to ensure wafer safety and maintain production continuity.

In-Process Wafer Tracking and Animation Interface: The software features tracking capabilities for wafers in-process, and an animation interface that visually displays the process in real-time.

Integration with Production Management Systems: PONDA-X can be integrated with SECS, HSMS, GEM, and other manufacturing management systems, streamlining data exchange and production oversight.
