High-precision hydrostatic guideways offer several advantages over conventional rolling guideways, including higher accuracy, lower friction, excellent lubrication, strong damping characteristics, and the absence of stick–slip. Compared with conventional linear guideway, hydrostatic type provides significantly higher load capacity and stiffness, making them especially suitable for large, heavy-duty machine tools and precision machining equipment.

Our Hydrostatic Slider adopt a fully enclosed structural design. Through theoretical analysis and repeated experimental testing, the optimal structural parameters have been determined, enabling extremely high stiffness within limited dimensions. The guideway uses a centroid-driven configuration, meaning the linear motor’s force application point is aligned with the guideway’s center of mass, effectively suppressing lateral sway and resulting in exceptionally small straightness errors.

The guideway achieves extremely stable motion even at very low speeds, making it particularly suitable for applications that are highly sensitive to velocity fluctuations.
